Apostle Ezekiel Daniel has issued a public statement directed at Oguboss, fiercely condemning his support for High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, and declaring that any attempt to defend him against accusations of blackmail is a lost battle.
Daniel challenged Oguboss to point out a single lie regarding the allegations against Tompolo, insisting that the public record reflects undeniable atrocities committed against the Ijaw people.
He specifically cited the abductions of Balamene Karowei and Charles Korubo from Bayelsa State, both of whom remain missing and pointed to public testimony from victims' families, testimonies from individuals previously held in private prisons, and ongoing legal actions as evidence demanding justice rather than dismissive defense.
Turning his critique directly toward Oguboss’s character, Daniel accused him of harboring an evil mindset that prioritizes loyalty to a benefactor over justice for victims, suggesting he would betray his own community for personal gain.
He recounted a series of deeply damaging personal allegations, claiming that Oguboss was caught in 2012 in a scandalous affair with his subordinate’s wife, resulting in a severe beating and further alleged that Oguboss disrupted multiple families and engaged in fetish rituals involving incest before being exiled from his community.
Recalling another incident in Okirika, Daniel claimed that King Ateke’s associate, Ayala, ordered a beating that forced Oguboss to flee to a marine base wearing only his underwear, warning that a similar fate awaits him again.
Daniel further characterized Oguboss as a coward and substance addict who has lived in exile from his own community for six years, asserting that his influence exists solely on social media and that returning home to Peremabiri would make him an easy target for youths.
He also targeted Oguboss's relationship with Tare Pondi, dismissing him for accepting meager handouts from a younger associate and predicting that Oguboss will eventually betray Tompolo just as he has done before.
Concluding his statement with a severe political and personal ultimatum, Daniel vowed to block Oguboss from receiving any pipeline decentralization contracts under the President's approval.
